Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and our scheduling teams in Bengaluru.

Advance Notice100% Refund

Full refund of the token advance amount.

Standard Notice50% Refund

50% of the token advance is refunded.

Short NoticeNo Refund

Advance amount is forfeited for logistics prep.

Claims for Damage

In the rare event of transit damage, claims must be filed promptly upon unloading at the destination. We will investigate the claim and provide compensation based on the insurance terms or service agreement.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card) promptly following the date of approval.
